Directions:
After cleansing, dispense a quarter sized amount of toner onto a wetted cotton pad and apply liberally to face, neck and chest to refresh and cleanse. Stroke upward on the skin. This toning step helps remove residual cleanser. Repeat as necessary. While the skin is damp (therefore more absorbent) apply Synergy Serum(s) and/or Hydrating Gel.
